About the Journal

Journal of Science and Technology (JST) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by Longman Publishers. JST provides a rigorous, transparent, and accessible platform for publishing original research articles, review papers, and technical reports across the applied sciences, engineering, and technology, with the aim of supporting researchers, faculty, and graduate students in disseminating high-quality scholarly work.

Scope: JST publishes original research in fields including, but not limited to, engineering, computer science, physical and chemical sciences, life sciences, agricultural sciences, mathematics and statistics, and health sciences. Publication frequency: JST is published monthly, with 12 issues per year.

Peer review: All submissions undergo double-blind peer review, in which reviewer and author identities are withheld from one another throughout the process. Manuscripts are evaluated by a minimum of two independent subject-matter reviewers before an editorial decision is made. Full details are available on the Peer Review Policy page.

Open access and licensing: JST is a fully open-access journal; no subscription or paywall restricts access to published content. Authors retain copyright of their work, which is published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), permitting free reuse, distribution, and adaptation provided the original work is properly cited.
